"The LORD has said to Abram, 'Go from your country, your people and your father's household to a land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing." Genesis 12:1-2
Abram had received a vision, a revelation, from God, but it wasn't clear. All God told him was to GO. He was missing one important detail, though. Where? Where was he supposed to GO? God never said. He didn't make it clear when He called Abram. All Abram knew was that he was supposed to GO to a place that God would show him.
Abram had to take the first step.
In order for the vision to become clearer, God required Abram to trust and take a step of faith. Although I am sure he was at least a little scared, Abram didn't let fear stop him. He kept his eyes on the vision that God had given him and he went.
What vision has God given to you?
Don't let fear stop you from what God has called you to do. Hold on to that vision, and when God calls you to move...GO. If God gave you a vision, He will be right there with you while you walk it out.
