You are enough.
It is a popular saying. It sounds nice. But is it true? Are you enough? Am I enough?
Although it is an unpopular opinion, I would like to submit the idea that you and I are not enough. If we were enough, then where does God fit in to all of this? Why would we even need to rely on Him?
Ephesians 6:10 says, "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power."
We are to be strong in the Lord, not in ourselves. We are to be strong in His power, not in our own strength. Even though non of us is worthy, God wants to use you. He has called you and has a special call on your life, not because of who you are, but because of who He is.
Satan lies to us, saying that we aren't good enough and that God could never use us. He wants to stop us from fulfilling the calling that God has on our lives. If Satan can't stop us from becoming a Christian, then he will do all he can to stop us from following God's plan for our lives.
2 Corinthians 10:5b says, "and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ."
He would love nothing more than to stop us from accomplishing what God has called us to do.
God wants to do great things through you, and in His mighty power, He can. Because of God, you are enough!
